• Understanding of stock control, inventory management, and operational reporting Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and service excellence standards.
• Able to handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Professional appearance, disciplined, and positive attitude.
